Hi, today I found a popup message on my desktop that invited me to install the "new" PD 13. I newer encountered problems to carrie out this operation and so I missed to make a snapshot of my Windows 7 Professional x64 VM or a complete backup of it. I agreed to install the new version, I started up the windows VM and the parallels tools begun to be installed. This installation process ended with a generic error message, that invited me to restart my VM and retry the installation. I tried more and more following the troubleshooting suggestions found in Internet but w/o succeed. I attach the log file of the last attempt of installation of the Parallels Tools
Hello @MicheleA We would request you to perform the clean boot in the Windows virtual machine and try to install the Parallels Tools. Please refer this article http://kb.parallels.com/8969 and check it helps.
