Problem with Parallels Desktop 4.0
Guest OS is XP with SP3
I am not using Boot Camp, have never used it
PD4 installs okay. Installation of Parallels Tools stops midway. After that, the VM goes into a sequence: starts, drivers installed, momentary display of next screen, then BSOD. The BSOD appears only for a couple of seconds, but I was able to photograph it. The Stop Code is 0x7B (0x7CA1528, 0xC0000034, 0x00, 0x00).
I have installed PD4 four times - very carefully following the install guidelines, and the same thing happens every time. After each uninstall of PD4, I have reinstalled PD3 (because I need it), and it works perfectly.
I really would appreciate help with this problem, since PD4 appears to have some excellent features.
