In PD3, pressing shift-ctrl-arrow would properly select text in blocks in text applications. For example, shift-ctrl-right selects a word at a time. In PD4, shift-ctrl-arrow erroneously functions the same as shift-arrow, only selecting one letter at a time. Note: I "swapped" command and control keys, don't know if this has something to do with it. This is a troublesome bug for people like me who do a lot of word processing.
