PD5: Crash in OS/2 Warp 4 Virtual Machine

I can no longer run my OS/2 virtual machine (which I need for my job!). Shortly after the desktop appears, the system chrashes. The screen goes gray and the VM stops. I've already sent a crash report to Parallels (lost the ID, I hope you can find out for yourself.)
