PD5 / WIN 7 PRO/ OFFICE 7: sync with smartphone does not sync Calendar events

I just upgraded to PDR5 from PD4. After completing the upgrade, tried to sync Win 7 Outlook with Verizon Touch Pro 2 Smartphone. Everything sync'd properly except the calendar events. After trying everything I could think of, I finally uninstalled PD5, installed PD4 and Win 7 Outlook sync'd properly with my Verizon Touch Pro2, including the Calendar events. Is this a known issue, and does anyone know how to solve it?

I am running a MacBook Pro 2.8 GHz, 4 GB of RAM.

Parallels is not aware of this issue. What build of Parallels Desktop 5 have you tried to use? Was it build 9308? Actually, we could investigate the case within opened support ticket at Parallels.
 
I am not running the latest update but the first update you issued to PD5. How do you open a support request?

please try to upgrade to build 9308 and let me know the result. If it will not help, we will proceed with ticket.
 
I forgot to add: if calendar syncing will fail, please send us problem report from Help > Report a problem and post its ID here.
