PD9 -Dock Applications not opening

hi i am experiencing
a problem opening applications from the applications folder on the dock
its not happening to all the applications only to the Parralls link type PSA5
this is mostly applications that open with windows explorer --> explorer.exe
PSA6 works fine
i am running a windows 7 vm from a bootcamp partition
and my os is yosemite

this only started happening from the last PD9 build 9.0.24251
tried the fixes in the guides for shared applications they dont work
any suggestions would be appreciated

Parallels Shared Applications feature is blocked by antivirus / Internet security software installed on your Mac.
We may recommend several ways of resolving the issue:
1. Uninstall your current antivirus / Internet security solution for Mac. Parallels recommends to use Kaspersky Antivirus for Mac.
2. Add Parallels Desktop and its components to the list of "allowed applications" of your antivirus software. Please contact software vendor's support resources (Knowledge base, manuals etc) for more details.
3. Uninstall and then re-install your current antivirus / Internet security solution for Mac. Make sure you use the latest version of the antivirus software.
