Permanent Activation Key ver 2.5 HELP ! URGENT !

I have managed to find my Upgrade Activation key (without help from Parallels, I might add - no reply to numerous PM's and emails), but it asks for my Permanant Activation Key for version 2.5.

This I do not have and cannot find. How do I recover this from Parallels ?
