I have a subscription and it supposedly has 24/7 phone and email support but when I try starting a ticket or getting support it just brings me to messenger, twitter, and this forum. Has anyone else experienced issues in this way? I am very frustrated as I have no response to my messenger question. Has phone and email been discontinued?
My case is a little bit different, but I'm disappointed non the less. The difference is that I have a perpetual license (not a subscription), but according to KB124492 we should have access to phone, chat and email support (at least for a limited time in case of perpetual license).
