Photoshop Elements and Parallels

I teach Photoshop Elements classes and I work from my MacBook running Snow Leopard. At times it would be helpful to switch to the PC version. If I installed Parallels software, what else would I need to run elements version 8 for Windows?

Would it be easy to change from the Mac to the PC version during a class?
