I cannot find a way to delete this account, and the format of the support request required irrelevant information.
Please delete my account.
 
Hi, we've found Parallels Desktop 11 key in your account.
Do you have it on your side? If not, we can send it to you before removing account.

Dear TomD8, we've just unregistered the license key for Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac from your Parallels account and then deleted your account successfully. Please check your private message and let us know if you have any questions.
 
Posting here, from the account in question, to confirm the account has, in fact, not been deleted.
You have, however, deleted my new/other/alternative account with an active license, which has a different email address.
Please send me a private message so we can try and get this fixed in a semi-timely manner, or just put a 'delete account' button on the profile page like all other forums so I can do it myself.
