Please Fix in 3094: Fullscreen issue
This issue existed in 3036 as well.
When you are running Parallels in fullscreen mode, hide Parallels and return to fullscreen mode, the menubar (and dock) appear until you click into the VM. For those of us that have created a shortcut on our Macs to toggle between showing and hiding the Parallels application, this can be quite annoying to have to click into the VM before the menubar disappears.
Please, pretty please, fix this so that we can seamlessly and quickly transition between the Mac OS X desktop and Parallels.
