Hello, I use Parallels to print remotely via GoToMyPC. I just updated from version 3 to 4 and now I can't print. I called in GoTo customer service and once they found that I use Parallels, they won't help me. 1. Can I log into Windows without Parallels? Would I have to partition and reload my windows a second time? 2. Does anyone know how to fix Parallels for whatever got changed?? Please help.
