Please Help! Wireless Connection with Vista

Hello all. I installed Parallels 3.0 and Vista Home Premium on my Mac Pro, and later installed the tools which helped smooth out things...that was 3 nights ago...I'm still unable to connect online through Windows.

The computer connects to the internet through a Motorola "WIRELESS" modem. My current network configuration is set for "Shared Networking" and "Enabled" and "Connect Cable at Startup"...under the Advanced tab, Realtek 8029(AS) is highlighted under "Type" for adapter settings. While I'm able to surf through Mac, I'm unable to connect online through Windows and it doesn't detect any network hardware or a signal. Your words of wisdom are welcome...the more detail the better...while I can get around a computer, I'm not a tech by any means. Thanks for your time & feedback.

The licence for Vista Home Premium does not allow installation under a VM environment.

You will not get any support from Parallel on this as this is a violation of the licence.

Maybe this belongs in a new thread, but I have a similar problem with XP. I put it on my son's machine and it ran fine initially. But he moved out and after moving the machine I can't get on the internet through Windows. It tells me the parallel device is working, but there's a yellow triangle with a black exclamation mark that says connectivity is limited and Windows can't repair the connection or renew the IP address. Do I need to remove and reinstall or is there a simpler solution?

How is it a violation and not supported by Parallel when the box for Parallel 3.0's box under "Key Features" paragraph states "Run any version of Windows, including Vista and XP...."? The money I wasted on getting Parallels and Vista I could have saved and put towards a Windows laptop. My Mac Pro has been a sore spot since I purchased it last year...I didn't realize how much of the software I used is solely used on Windows...my fault for not doing more research before purchasing it...funny thing, I'm still using my busted up laptop that the Mac was supposed to replace! Well, enough venting...back to reading my book.
