Please, help with Desktop 15 Activation

    Dear Support,
    Please, help me with reactivation of Desktop 15 for Mac Home Edition. I reinstalled my iMAC operating system and cannot activate the license.
    It's written that it's active and can be used. However license server declined to activate it.

    Hello,

    We can find that your Parallels Desktop 15 is activated on a machine with Mac OS X 10.15.7

    Kindly confirm if this is the machine you wanted to activate Parallels Desktop 15
