Hello, looking for help with this and it appears that this is the only place to get any form of support, but no one is responding?
I tried posting several days ago and the posts have not appeared.

Please assist me with resetting my license or whatever needs to be done. Let me know what info you need or where to send my key. Thanks

We have reset your Parallels Desktop 11 key. Try to activate now and check.
