Please support adb connection between Android and Mac

As follows, I can't get the virtual Android connected with my Mac through adb, which makes it difficult for me to perform Android development. And as far as I know, there are no settings to change that. The "USB status" in Android system always stays at "NO CONNECTION", and on Mac it's also empty.
Adb connection is a vital function, please consider adding it in the future release. If there is already one, could you please tell me how to energize it.
