I do a fresh start of a Windows 10 Pro VM (Parallels 16.1.0). I have some apps in the task bar (firefox, the usual one like windows explorer etc.). Right clicking on them gives the popup menu with entries like "remove from task bar etc. When I invoke a CMD Window from the start menu it appears on the desktop and an icon appear in the task bar. From then on right clicking on that icon and the other apps attached there results in the popups being empty ond only showing their text after hovering over them with the mouse cursor. I rebooted twice and could reproduce the problem. Rebooting a third time doesn't let it reproduce. Wonder when it will appear next time. FWIW, I'm running dark theme in Catalina (10.15.7) and classic shell under Windows 10.
