Power BI stopped working

    It used to be all fine, but since a few weeks, using Power BI is extremely slow and causes black screens and freezing Windows. I have tried:
    - reinstalled power BI
    - reinstalled Windows 10 ARM
    - reinstalled Parallels Desktop 16.5

    Nothing works.

    Edition Windows 10 Pro
    Version Dev
    Installed on ‎6/‎2/‎2021
    OS build 21354.1
    Experience Windows 10 Feature Experience Pack 321.7601.0.3

    Parallels Desktop 16 for Mac Standard Edition
    Version 16.5.0 (50692)

    Macbook/OSX: 13 inch M1, 2020, 16 GB RAM.

    Allocated 4 cores and 8 GB RAM to Windows.

    could you collect the tech report once the issue reproduced and post the report's ID here please?

    Hi @WichardH
    did you find a way to resolve the issue with PowerBI? I'm considering the same setup but want to make sure first, that PowerBI runs smooth on Windows 10 via Parallels on a M1 Macbook Pro.
