hi there, I would like to know how to prevent people from running explorer through open dialogue box. for example in word, when i click on file/open/ then righ click on a certain folder it brings me to Windows Desktop with all the access to the software installed on the server. Hi Ocavid, Use MS AD Group Policies Policy -> User Configuration - System - Run only allowed Windows applications This policy limits the windows programs that users have permission to run on the computer. E.g. If you're publishing word and excel applications, the list of allowed applications would be: winword.exe excel.exe Now users will be able to execute the published applications, but they will not be able to execute other applications.
