Prevent toolbox auto start

I am fairly new to Mac OS so this may be a silly question but I have not been able to find an answer to it. Is there a way to prevent Parallels Toolbox from loading on start up. I would prefer that it not be running unless I manually start it. Most of the time I don't need it so it is just using system resources and taking up space in my menu bar for no reason.

Dear BrettP1,
Please follow the below steps to prevent Parallels Toolbox from auto starting:
Open system preferences > users & groups > login items > remove "Parallels Toolbox from the login items.
