Preventing the Windows 7 VM from being paused upon locking osx

How do I prevent Parallels (9) from pausing the Windows 7 VM upon locking OSX (using the Lock Screen feature)? I am using OSX 10.8.5

The problem is that I have software that runs and when the VM is paused it nukes my network connections. I can't tell exactly when this started but it is recent, after I upgraded to 9. It didn't used to do it.

Please advise!

Found the answer myself, in Windows 7 I had to change the Power Options: High Performance and Plugged In/Put the computer to Sleep: Never.
