Print from Mac to a Windows only printer?

Hello,

I have purchased Parallel Desktop 13 Home edition with lifetime license for my Macbook pro OS High Sierra 10.13.3.

I am trying to install my printer RICOH SP111 and RICOH SP111SU to my window 10. But it is not being detected from the machine. It is giving a message to "Reinstall Parallels Desktop" to get connected. I have reinstall Parallel Desktop and update many times on my machine... but again the result is same, My printer is not detecting... During Installation is also facing some error to "Dont find any printer" on the machine.....

I have also updated windows 10 as well, but the problem is not resolved.

Please help me, My printer model are only supported to Windows so I have purchased parallel desktop to use it, but It is not being installed.
