Print to PDF (MAC Desktop) creates empty pages

Since a couple of days Print to PDF creates only empty pages on the Mac Desctop. So far I tried several options (Reinstalled WIN10, reinstalled pdf printer, reinstalled Parallels 14 etc.), nothing worked out. Even a one hour call with the Parallels support tday didn't come to a solution.
I really have no idea what to do anymore?
Any suggestions?

Hi Maria,
yes all done. Still empty pages. I also deleted all Drivers and reinstalled. I tryed also the Generic/MS Publisher Color Printer, same issue. In the Bonjour Wizzard I do not see any printer at all. Shoud I see the "Print to PDF (MAC Desktop)" Printer in that lit?

Just to let you know.
Issue is solved after upgrade on Parallels15 and again carefully deleted all Drives of active printers (virtuell and hardware). Shut down VM and reinstalled first the Printers sahred with Mac. There must be a mismatch by using the drivers between VM and Mac. Now everything works fine again. Effort round about 2-3 days!
