another view: can't find that option. "Print to PDF (Mac Desktop)

Perhaps I should not update to Parallels Udated Versions until you clean up all of the bugs.

Maybe you can help me go back to Parallels 18 upload_2023-9-3_7-45-4.png

    Hello,
Please note that the "Print to PDF (Mac Desktop)" printing option is no longer available in Parallels Desktop 19. Kindly use Microsoft's "Print to PDF" instead.
You may refer to Parallels Desktop 19 updates summary for more information: https://kb.parallels.com/en/129860
However, if you wish to downgrade to Parallels Desktop 18, kindly follow the below steps:
    1. Quit Parallels Desktop (click > Quit Parallels Desktop).
    2. Download and install Parallels Desktop 18.3.2 from this link:
    https://download.parallels.com/desktop/v18/18.3.2-53621/ParallelsDesktop-18.3.2-53621.dmg
    3. Start your virtual machine and Click Actions > Reinstall Parallels Tools. Once the process is completed, restart your virtual machine to apply changes.
    Thank you.

I recently found this out after upgrading to v19, to my dismay.
I never expected you to remove great features so I foolishly just accepted the upgrade offer without stopping to search for and thoroughly read the release notes.
The way you push the updates really does encourage you to think that it is fine to just click OK to update the system and not actually lose functionality.
You really should publish next to the upgrade button what features you'll lose by accepting it.
I didn't realise the "Parallels Customer Experience program" was disabled on my installation and that is how you realised that this feature was seldom used. I have enabled this so you now know which features I use, but it's too late for you to realise this was used regularly!!!
I'm sure many people that use older versions of Windows (which don't have the Microsoft print to PDF) through Parallels found this removed feature very useful.
Now it looks like I have to either roll back Parallels to v18 or find some crabby old PDF printing app to install into my old VMs.
Is it really something you are saving yourselves hassle by removing? Can it not come back?
    Thank you.

I'm sorry, but this is rather outraging. Why on EARTH would you remove this key feature? And certainly the loss of this key function should be in blazing, flashing lights on your "update to Parallels 19" offer. Thank God I could go back and reinstall 18. Parallels is rendered 50% useless to me without being able to print to PDF Mac - I literally do it about 100 times a day.

I never heard of "Parallels Customer Experience program" nor would I know how to enable it, thus I can only presume the same is true for most of your customers if that is what you're basing these things on. Please tell us how to enable it and better still, PLEASE tell your programmers to add this key function back to 19 and any and all future versions.

    Thanks

Same here. "Print to PDF (Mac Desktop)" was extremely usefull and Microsoft's "Print to PDF" is very poor replacement.. Please bring it back!

Same here. Astoundingly foolish decision on Parallels part.

Thank you for your feedback. As a workaround, you can use 'Microsoft Print to PDF' option.
