printer error message Host Driver for 32bit applications

We got this error message on several printer when we try to print a document from an application launch using 2X:
"printer error message Host Driver for 32bit applications has stopped working"

Printer: HP deskjet 6940n (page is swallowed by the printer but still stuck without reaction + printer error message Host Driver for 32bit applications has stopped working)
Printer's driver: up to date
2x client for windows: 10.5.1323
2X Application server XG: 10.5.1327

any idea ?
 
under options > advanced settings. what is set for redirect vendor paperr sizes and raw printing support?
