Printing errors

I am new to Parallels. I am having a problem printing various characters including quotation marks, section symbol, paragraph symbol, all of which are part of a basic character set. This occurs in both Word and Wordperfect.

I am using a Brother 8860DN as a network printer. The driver in Parallels is the HP 8500PS. This is not happening when I print from Mac Word.

Hello Kgmcclure,

The issue seems to be caused by drivers conflict. Please try to connect your printer through USB and use it with native drivers.
