Printing in VM and MAC OS without needing to switch

Im getting a wireless OfficeJet Model 6480 shortly and I'd like to be able to print from my network from both the XP VM as well as the MAC side without having to select the device within Parallels VM and then deselect it when I want to print from MAC (thats what I do now with a Dell Laser printer attached to my MAC, its a pain). Just want to be able to print from both OSs automatically from any workstation.

Can I do this? If so, how?
