pro subscription ended, can I activate it as standard?

my pro subscription as ended and now my parallels is locked.
can I activate parallels without buying a new key?

 

I upgraded my parallels to 15 I don't remember the activation key for the previous one.
Can I pay the difference to buy a new license or get a refund?
