Problem COPY/PASTE from Mac Os to Parrot Os 3.5

hello , i have parallels version 12.2.0 i have install Parrot Os 3.5 but probleme i dont cant copy file or link from mac to virtuel Parrot Os 3.5 (Linux)
any help please

Did you install Parallels Tools inside the guest system?
