problem installing ChartFX 6.2 under XP MC 2005 - Beta 6

Hello,

I am having big problem installing Chart FX 6.2 under Win XP MC 2005 running under Beta 6. It does installs just fine under Win XP running native install on Boot Camp. I am attaching the screen shot. It looks like there is a 16 bit app that is being started during install.
