Problem installing Parallels Tools in build 3188

I updated to build 3188, and was prompted to update my Parallels Tools. Whenever I try to update the Tools, my OS crashes with a blue screen, and the error BAD_POOL_HEADER.

I've uninstalled Parallels Tools and tried to reinstall them, but get the same error. So now I have no Parallels Tools at all.

My environment:

- MacBook, 2 GHz Core 2 Duo, 2 GB RAM, OSX v. 10.4.9

- Windows VM: XP SP2, 768 MB RAM

I've seen a few other users post in the forums with similar problems, but no definative answer.

Any ideas?
