We have recently published an app to a client of ours but they cannot launch the published app.
They can connect and see the app in the Application Client okay, but when they try to launch the published application they get an error message saying 2X could not log into the sever because:
1) The servers are too busy to service your request
2) The Terminal Server is not part of the farm
When we try with our 2X Client the app launches fine. I have remotely controlled their computer and checked the 2X Client settings and they all appear to check out.
Using Application Server 5.1 and Application Client 5.1
Any ideas?
