problem playing game

I bought Parallels Desktop for Mac 4 around Oct 15th and then because I moved and didn't keep the receipt I had to pay 45$ for the upgrade to version 5. I paid all this money because my wife wants to play Nancy Drew games on our Mac. The problem is that the games are not working. When she clicks on the 'Save Game' or 'Load Game' buttons... the game crashes back to the windows desktop. I found the following in the Parallels.log file:

This is just an excerpt from a rather long log file, but there is a lot of this kind of thing. What is guest sharing? How do I enable it?

I tried this on Windows XP Service pack 2 and 3 (I have licenses for version 1 too but didn't try it)
