Problem Re Installing Parallels 3.0

I installed 3.0 & XP on my Desktop IMAC and after a few weeks every time I went into XP it froze, so I uninstalled 3.0
and XP. Now in trying to reinstall 3.0 the program asks for activation code and won't allow me to enter anything. What do I do??
 
I followed advice to the letter twice and got the same problem each time.

All i want to do is reinstall parallels that I bought and it doesn't work. I need to access Windows XP because in my business a lot of people I deal with in Europe have programs that can only work in Windows. I have installed installed Boot Camp and that works fine, but signing in/out poses other problems. Can you please help me out or have someone call me>
