Problem showing the processes

Hi.
This has happened to me one time before and I just restarted the computer.
But this time, I will not surrender, THIS TIME, I WILL FIGHT!

Ok, so I was in XP in Parallels and the decided to shut it down. So I did, and waited, waited, waited, waited, and it just wouldn't shut down. So I thought "Oh well, no problemo! I'll just kill the process!" So I did.

The I noticed that my comp was slowing down tremendously.. "Not again!"
Apparently it left some other process on that has with parallels to do. So why don't I just kill it?
Well I'll tell you.

I've tried Activity Monitor (crash)
ps in Terminal (not working)
top in Terminal -""-
and iStat Menus (simply not showing)

Why? I can't understand.. My CPU is like 80% on both cores all the time due to this.

So what can I do?
What is the name of the processes that Parallels drives?
Tell me, so I can do a sudo kill -9 :D

Thanks.
