Problem Starting VM

When I try to start VM I get this message:

VM cannot be started because of the following problem:

Parallels Desktop is unable to access the virtual hard disk image file /Users/*/Parallels/Microsoft Windows XP 3/winxp.hdd. The file is used by another application."

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
