Problem to download Windows 10 development in Parallels 12 pro Edition

Hi, i have problem to download the windows 10 development. When i create a new VM, the download doesn't start.

It says that the connection is lost but internet is working and i have firewall disabled.

Hi AndrewB19, you could just delete it by following the steps mentioned below:
* You can launch Parallels Desktop, but do not start your virtual machine.
* Click on the Parallels icon on the OS X menu bar > select Control Center.
* Right-click on Windows 10 development virtual machine and select Remove.
* Select Keep files if you wish to access the files in this virtual machine later. The virtual machine will be removed from the list, but it will remain in its original location.
* Select Move to Trash, if you do not need any data from this virtual machine and want to erase it completely.
NOTE: The Move to Trash operation is irreversible. After moving the VM to Trash you will not be able to restore it.
* Open Parallels Wizard: click on the Parallels icon -> New... Select Windows 10 (Development Environment) option and click Continue to follow the onscreen steps to complete the installation.

I have the same problem, please consider posting a solution or start an investigation, because steps to delete it just won't cut it..

I have a very strong internet connection and I am able to download all the other templates, except this one.
