Problem to update //7 to //10

I want to update my //7 version up to //10, but today I 've no more access to//7. When I launch //7 he ask me to install windows
I don't understand why I 've no more access to //7. it's unbelievable !!!!
I use // since many years and now I can't use may VM partition with many important file.
Can some one help me to get back my //7 partition... it's really important
Also if anybody know a phone number for the // hotline, please let me it know
