Problem Uninstalling Desktop

I need to uninstall Desktop and so I stopped the virtual machine and tried to drag the app icon to Trash and it didn't go.

So I thought maybe I needed to delete the virtual machine so I found these steps:
To remove the Windows 11 virtual machine, please follow the steps below:
1. Launch Parallels Desktop.app, but do not start your Windows 11 virtual machine
2. Click on the Parallels icon on the Mac menu bar > select Control Center.
3. Right-click on your virtual machine and select Remove "Windows11".
Right clicking on the virtual machine started it. There wasn't a Remove button.

So what do I need to do to delete the app and the virtual machine?
