This is the second time this has happened to me. I do not want to have to go through what I did the last time. I had to use a double key to get the newest update activated. I was able to get through that nonsense OK. Then when i opened up the application I am getting the Blue Screen of Death. The only way I could get rid of that stupid situation last time was to totally uninstall Parallels and start over again. Why is this happening? What am I doing wrong. I spend hard earned money on a product I like but when I try to update it I have to go through all this crap!!??!! It just does not make sense to me. If any of you guru's have a solution, please advise me. I really do not want to have to uninstall everything and start over again. Thanks!!! Here is a picture of what I get -
