Hi,
After I taking a screenshot on Mac (default key shortcut Command + Control + Shift + 4), and then paste it in a Windows program (e.g. mspaint), the picture is distorted and grayscaled. However, if I open Preview, create a new file from clipboard, then select all, copy, then paste in Windows, everything is OK. Is anyone else met this problem? Could you fix this? Thank you!
