Problem wit WIN 7 Serial-number input

Hello,
after succesfull installation of Parallel Desktop 5 on my iMac I have installed WINDOWS 7 (Home Premium). After installation and running for the first time WINDOWS OS is asking to type in the Serial-Key number for registration. When I type in this number, I have got always (after ca. 30 sec) the Error-message "invaild Key-number". I repeated this step more than 10 times. I have brought a brand new SW licence of WINDOWS 7 i.e. the used Key-number is totaly correct and unused ! I have absolutely no idea, how to proceed. Did I something wrong? The iMac is connected to the internet....everything seems to be OK.

It would be great to get a tip for solving this issues within this Blog.

There is a way to activate by telephone that seems to work well - maybe you should try that. I've forgotten the exact trail to get to it, but if you can open Windows, right-click "computer", and look around there is an option for activating via phone which will take you to a screen with 6 or so groups of sets of numbers. Stay there and call, and MS can give you new numbers to activate.
