Problem with Audio-Interface under WinXP

Hi everyone!

While reading through this forum I have seen many cases in which USB-devices won't work properly. So maybe my problem belongs into this category - but 'Ive still got some hope left:

I'am running WinXP(guest) under MacOSX(host) and try to connect an Edirol UA-25 external Soundcard, which, when connected, does show up in parallel's USB-device list (activated) and is recognised by WinXP.
WinXP says the device couldn't be started correctly (Error code: 10) and thus doesn't display it as a choosable audio-device.

Since it is recognised by Windows maybe there's still an answer out there?
Thank you very much,

PS: The device works flawless under bootcamp's XP
