I use Synchronize Pro (running under OSX) from www.Qdea.com for backup and archiving purposes. The app is set so that files on the backup-drive (targetHD) that have changed on the sourceHD are first moved to a seperate archivefolder (on the targetHD) and then the new file is copied from sourceHD to targetHD. This goes well for all files with the exception of the .HDD files from parallels. There the package breaks and this results in a folder with the name xxx.HDD and included therein are the two files. This makes the archived file useless since it cannot be used anymore (at least I do not know how). How can this be solved?
