Hi guys Hopefully someone can help me with a problem I am having. Created a new snapshot, the thing failed saying the hdd was locked. Tried to revert back to an old snapshot and everything is now locked. Followed the tips about how to recover but that takes me back to a snapshot about a month ago. Check the diskdescriptor.xml file and that has NOTHING in it. If this is about the XML file, I'll be annoyed because you'd expect the guys to create a backup copy before they change it. The locked file has some stupid "Sometime i'll remove this warn and just set the PID here" in it. I'll be really unimpressed if I've lost my entire config, particularly since I've just spent a week going through and setting up everything on it with different snapshots for different customers. Any ideas?
