Problem with hdd file

So yesterday, Parallels "quit unexpectedly" while it was suspending Windows. So I tried starting it back up from being suspended, and it gave me an error that looked like this:

So I removed the suspend and just stopped it, and I still have the same problem. I have even rebooted, and it doesn't fix anything.

What can I do?

EDIT: I found an article in the Knowledge Base, which says I should use Terminal to delete the .DiskDescriptor.xml.lock file inside the winxp.hdd file, but I ls'ed into it and the closest thing to it was DiskDescriptor.xml.lck. I tried deleting it, but Parallels said it was corrupted (luckily I made a backup first...maybe I should actually set up Time Machine now...)

NOTHER EDIT: Fixed.
