I reported this few times before and it is still a problem. Lets say I am on desktop #1 wile desktop #2 (VirtueDesktop) is running VM XP. If I click on on Parallels desktop in the Dock and select New window (I am still in the Desktop number 1) I get switch automatically to desktop # 2 and the running windows will jump out of full screen mode every-time. Is this problem with Parallels or VirtueDesktop?
The best way to solve this is lock parallels to its own desktop and make sure that in pref settings for parallels that you have both options unticked about re focus, and allow parallels to change screen of primary OS. Hope this helps
