I don't get it. "Also, there might an alias called 'Parallels' in the /Library/Preferences directory instead of folder called 'Parallels'. In such case please remove an alias." Does it mean I need to delete the duplicate folder? I don't see any duplicate folder or any directories that name parallels. I did the sudo thing terminal but doesn't work please help. I tried verrifying/reparingthe disk but still it doesn't work.
Hello CartoonC, please make sure that you are deleting the shortcut of Parallels Desktop or virtual machine. Make sure that you don't delete the original file that doesn't not have the shortcut. And also check the file size before you delete it. Thanks!
