Problem with retail box - Please help

Hey there,

I have purchased the retail box and now when I launch it after installing it always quits unexpectedly (so I cannot download the latest updates).

Now when I download the trial version and insert my retail box activation key it tells me I cannot use the key with this version. Ok I understand.

Is there a place where I can download the latest updates without being in parallels desktop 3.0 ?
