Im having a problem sharing a folder from parallels to a XP VM (Service pack 2). I share the folder and give it a label of "Mac Drive". I then open Parallel shared folders in the XP virtual machine... it lists my "Mac Drive" but when I double click on it I get \\.PSF\Mac Drive is not accessible (then the usual message about contaction the administrator) and it finishes with the "The filename, directory name, or voluma label syntax is incorrect" Am I missing something obvious? Okay sorted it... but not sure if its the right solution... I've started using the ip adress of the host from the File Explorer/Map Network drive and this appears to solve the issue.. not sure if this is the issue | didn't approach the problem in a scientific fashion... I just changed a whole lot of things... and got it to work Dom
